The farm offers the following complimentary amenities: weekly change of linen, use of bikes (max n. 4) for excursions, beach umbrellas and sunbeds for the pool, children's playground, outdoor barbecue grill. Stop bus service (Perugia - Gualdo Tadino about 200 meters). Pool cleaning every 2 days.
The heating (bags of pellets) in winter, towels and bath towels are extra. |

It is compulsory payment of the deposit at time of booking. Any deposit paid will be lost during periods of high and mid season. The owner will evaluate to return the deposit. Pets are allowed only small animals. Have to pay the fuel for heating (bags of pellets), during the winter season, both buildings, towels and bath towels to be paid locally on consumption. The final cleaning fee is € 50.00 per apartment accommodation for at least one week.
